I thought I was dying at first!!

I have hot flashes, anxiety attacks, depression, sore muscles, and weakness at times so I don't feel like getting out of bed. But I know that is not the answer. My doctor doesn't believe I am going through menopause.

Well, I thought I was dying at first. I was rushed to the hospital and they said it was the flu. Then I was rushed to the hospital again and it was ruled as reflux disease. I really don't think they know what is wrong but I truly think it is menopause.

I have hot flashes, anxiety attacks, depression, sore muscles, and weakness at times so I don't feel like getting out of bed. But I know that is not the answer. My doctor doesn't believe I am going through menopause. But I have a lot of the symptoms.

Thoughts of dying are always on my mind. Sometimes it feels like I can not cope at all. But I am trying to stay postive and believing that I can get through this. Just Listen to your body.

You know when things are not right. Reading all your stories has helped me to believe that this is menopause and more doctors should listen more to their patients. May we all get through this and live long and healthier lives.

Jo
