About the Author

With a Master's degree in Psychology and a second Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Nancy L. Whelan has worked in both human resources and marketing and has taught college psychology courses. Also a registered nurse, she worked for many years in a hospital setting before pursuing her psychology degrees. She now lives in Sebastian, Florida.
